Our best seller, the Maggie Pyjama Set is a timeless style, featuring a relaxed cut in our signature soft 100% rayon.

OUR FABRICATIONS
We endeavour to use natural fibres when crafting our garments, which are highlighted below. These selections provide maximum breathability and softness, while acting gentler on the environment. Our washing instructions are provided below, followed by insights into the unique characteristics of each fabric blend we offer.
FABRIC PRINT & COLOUR INFO
As part of our commitment to transparency, we would like to inform you about a characteristic of our boutique fabric production process. Our fabrics are primarily printed using rotary screen print machines, which may result in a slight disparity of up to 10% between each production run. This means that we cannot guarantee that every piece will be the same colour. This is a natural outcome of the printing process and should be taken into consideration when placing orders for multiple pieces.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We have applied uniform washing instructions across all of our fabrics as they are all naturally derived fibres. We recommend the wash and care directions below to maintain your Piyama’s longevity.
Cold, Gentle, machine wash
We suggest to separate for first wash
If there is any trim / lace please use a lingerie wash bag
Hang dry in shade
Iron on cotton setting if required

RAYON
Our signature soft, buttery Rayon has been a staple in our collection since the beginning. Rayon is a textile made from regenerated cellulose fibres, derived from wood pulp, known for its softness, draping qualities, and ability to mimic the texture of natural fibres like cotton and silk. We pre-shrink our rayon prior to cutting it.
COTTON
Our 100% Cotton is crafted solely from pure plant fibres renowned for their breathability, softness, comfort, and durability. We apply additional softener to our cotton during the washing process to enhance the buttery hand-feel.Â
COTTON MODAL BLEND
Cotton modal is a 50 / 50% composition, made from natural cotton fibres and sustainably sourced modal fibres. Modal is a type of textile made from cellulose fibres extracted from beech trees, prized for its softness, smooth texture, and moisture-wicking properties.Â
100% TENCELâ„¢ LYOCELL
TENCELâ„¢ is the trademarked name for the fibre Lyocell. Lyocell fibres are originally derived from wood pulp sourced from responsibly managed forests and are also biodegradable. Our 100% Lyocell is lightweight, breathable and buttery soft, making it an ideal fabric for our sleep garments. Â
LYOCELL LINEN
Lyocell Linen is a blend of 50% TENCEL™ Lyocell and 50% Cotton with a seamless linen dobby weave texture. Lightweight, breathable and soft against the skin. It’s a versatile fabric as the linen-look weight and texture can transport our garments from night to day.

Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and QLD, Australia public holidays). Orders are shipped from a 3rd party logistics centre in QLD, Australia, which is on AEST time. Tracking information will be sent via email.

Signature Waiving
We strongly advise against authorising a signature release on international deliveries. As soon as the signature is released, we or the courier are not liable for lost or stolen parcels; ie no claim can be pursued.
Returns

General
Return Conditions
We gladly accept returns 30 days from order dispatch. Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return meets all requirements. Returns that violate our policy will be refused and sent back to you.
All returns must be lodged via the Piyama returns portal within 30 days of order dispatch.
Return shipping fees will be calculated during return lodgement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unwashed, with tags still attached, and in original condition. It must also be folded neatly inside the original garment bag (where possible).
Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale.
We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any items included in our SALE collection. These are final clearance.Â
Should the item be deemed faulty, a replacement item will be offered. Should the replacement item be unavailable, a store credit equal to 100% of the items value will be offered. Please email support@piyama.com.au if this applies.
Discount / Coupon Code Rule
We do not offer refunds on any purchases made using a coupon code of 20% or greater.Â
Instead we offer 110% store credit. See below for details:
No coupon - refund or 110% store credit

Why is this?
We offer generous year-round bundle discounts on our store [via The Bridal Shop], and this policy is in place to ensure viability. The costs involved with returns is not sustainable to offer full refunds when such generous discounts are available. If you have any queries regarding this policy, don't hesitate to contact us.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges on same product only.
Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges for International customers at this time.
Gift Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges on gifted items at this time.
Return Shipping Costs
AU Returns
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These will be calculated at the time of your return lodgement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We partner with Aus Post for return shipping labels.
INTL Returns
International return labels will be calculated during return lodgement via the online returns portal. Prices will vary based on location and shipment size.

Recommendation for Bridal Orders
The following recommendation is for those planning to purchase a bridal bundle.
If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend purchasing 1 item at full price as a "size test" to keep the option for a refund. If the test order fits, we will apply the bridal bundle discount retroactively across both the test and bulk order. Please email support@piyama.com.au with both order #'s to request this adjustment if this applies to your orders.

Refunds
Please note refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear back in your account.
