Returns & Exchanges

Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the dispatch date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused / unwashed, with tags still attached, and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return postage costs incurred. 

Full Priced Items

We do offer returns / refunds on purchases that were made on full priced items. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be minus shipping paid originally. 

Coupon Codes greater than 15% Redeemed - No Refunds, 110% Store Credit only

We do not offer refunds on any purchases made using a discount / coupon over 15% discount (20%, 30% etc). Instead we offer 110% store credit. 

Sale Items

We do not offer exchanges / returns / refunds on any SALE ITEMS. These are final clearance. 

Return Processing Times

November & December 2024: Please allow up to 4 business days for your return to be processed after delivery back in our office. If you haven't heard anything after this time, please contact us at support@piyama.com.au 

January 2025: Please note during staff holidays, returns processing will be delayed. Returns received between 27th December 2024 and 6th January 2025 will be processed by 8th Janauary 2025

Exchanges

Exchanges

We now offer 'same product' exchanges for our AU customers. Same shipping rates apply. At this time we do not offer exchanges to other countries. 

NEW: INSTANT EXCHANGE

This allows customers a faster way to process an exchange, and have the new order shipped out immediately with no delay. This also helps secure desired items before it goes out of stock. The original order must be returned within 14 days, and credit card details are collected for security & authorisation purposes. Credit cards will be charged in full for orders that are not returned within the strict timeframe.

Other Important Info

Recommendation - Bridal Party Orders

This recommendation is for those who are ordering for their bridal party / a bundle discount. If you are unsure on sizing or the style, we strongly encourage to order 1 "test" size first before placing your main order. Also, worthwhile to consider we don't refund if the discount claimed is greater than 15%. This reduces return shipping costs as it can get expensive when you are returning over 3 items.  

Fabric Consistency

As part of our commitment to transparency, we would like to inform you about a characteristic of our boutique fabric production process. Our fabrics are primarily printed using rotary screen print machines, which may result in a slight disparity of up to 10% between each production run. This means that we cannot guarantee that every piece will be exactly the same colour. This is a natural outcome of the printing process and should be taken into consideration when placing orders for multiple pieces.

Refunds

Please note refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to appear back in your account.
