Can I cancel / make changes to the order I just placed?

Please take the time to check all order details are correct prior to payment. As soon as payment has been made and you have agreed to that transaction, any change requests beyond this point cannot be guaranteed. Customer care operates during business hours only Monday - Friday.

Can I order sets as seperates?

All of our styles are manufactured and sold as sets. We do not offer separates at this time.

Where are orders shipped from?

We partner with a local third-party warehouse in QLD, Australia. Orders are picked & packed Monday – Friday*. Orders placed prior to 1pm AEST are dispatched same day (*excluding QLD public holidays, peak season & busy sale periods). 

What shipping company do you use?

We partner with SEKO, Auspost and DHL express. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. More info available on our Shipping page

I have not received my order, where is it?

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there. Please also take into account we need 1-2 business days to process the order for dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or Australian / QLD public holidays. If you have any specific queries relating to your delivery, don’t hesitate to email us: support@piyama.com.au

Can I return / exchange a Sale item?

We do not accept any returns / exchanges on SALE items. These are final prices for clearance. 

Do you offer Pre-orders?

We offer pre-order for a select range of styles. Pre-order allows our customer the ability to secure popular styles before the product arrives. Estimated delivery times are outlined when viewing the product online.

Sizing and Fabric FAQ's

What is your sizing like?

Each product page is linked with an individual size chart, please click this to view product measurements and recommended sizing. We do not use a universal size chart. Generally our fit is on the relaxed side, however we do have some "true to fit" styles, so it is best to review the size chart link for each.

What Fabrics do you use?

We use natural fibre fabrics including rayon, cotton, modal and lyocell. No synthetic fabrications are used (polyester / satins). All fabric is hot washed and softened before production. We pride ourselves on breathable, comfortable fabrications which have a lower environmental impact. You can read more here

How should I care for my pyjamas?

We have applied uniform washing instructions across all of our fabrics as they are all naturally derived fibres. We recommend the wash and care directions below to maintain your Piyama’s longevity.

- Cold, Gentle, machine wash.

- We suggest to separate for first wash.

- If there is any trim / lace please use a lingerie wash bag

- Hang dry in shade

- Iron on cotton setting if required

- Do not bleach

Bridal Orders

Recommendation FOR Bridal Orders

The following recommendation is for those planning to purchase a bridal bundle.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend purchasing 1 item at full price as a "size test" to keep the option for a refund. If the test order fits, we will apply the bridal bundle discount retroactively across both the test and bulk order. Please email support@piyama.com.au with both order #'s to request this adjustment if this applies to your orders.

How do the Bridesmaid Bundle Discounts work?

Visit our collection page 'The Bridal Shop' for info on how to use these bundle discounts. The quantity based discounts range from 10-30%. A corresponding coupon code must be applied on the payment page to redeem. Please note, this deal is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or coupon code. Please consider the T&C's of this promotion prior to ordering [linked on the collection page, as well as each individual product].

How in advance do I need to order for my wedding?

We strongly suggest adding a 5 business day buffer to your chosen shipping method to allow for any unexpected delays.

Where is Piyama designed and Manufactured?

Whilst "ethical manufacturing" has in recent times become a topic of consumer interest, Piyama has proudly, since we launched in 2012, upheld 100% responsible, ethical production. Our garments are designed in Australia, and manufactured in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia. We partner with a local garment production expert who has had 25 years experience in large garment factories in both Bali and Java. We are very fortunate to work alongside such a hard-working, competent and honest partner (Khoiri) who we truly respect. All sub-contracted cutting staff, sewers, quality control and packing suppliers are paid above average standards and are awarded annual bonuses and incentives. They have meal allowances included in their wages, are all above the age of 20 yrs old, and many have worked with us for many years. For more information, visit Our Process and Ethic page.

Do you have extended returns for Christmas?

Orders placed between December 1st and December 20th 2024 will have an extended return period. We will accept returns up until January 19th 2025. Please ensure that the items being returned comply with our standard return policy guidelines below & kindly follow the return process outlined on our website.

My style isn't in stock. When will it be back?

Many of our products are part of our permanent collection. We recommend signing up to the restock notifications to be notified as soon as they are available to purchase.

If you require an out of stock item for a particular date or occasion, you are welcome to check restock ETA's by emailing support@piyama.com.au or submitting a contact form.

I signed up to the mailing list and did not receive my 15% off code. What do I do?

Once you have signed up to our mailing list, your welcome email with your 15% off sign up offer will be sent to the entered email address. This email can take up to 24 hours to be received.

We recommend checking your junk \ spam \ promotional email folders as they can sometimes land in these folders.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Klarna. We use Shopify Payments processor which is reliable and safe.

Do you have Afterpay/Klarna?

Yes. AfterPay and Klarna are digital services that allows you buy an item now and pay it off later in fortnightly instalments. All information regarding regarding these financial services can be viewed on their direct websites. 

Do you offer wholesale?

We don't. We sell direct to consumer, so we can offer our customers the best possible value.

Can I use multiple discount codes on my order?

Only one promotional code can be used at a time. Multiple codes can not be used in conjunction with each other.

Gift Cards

When will my gift card expire?

Our gift cards have no expiration date.

I've lost my gift card, how do I find it?

Misplaced codes can not be re-issued or replaced. Please be sure to keep your gift card number where you are able to access it easily.
